Actually, i don't think this was politically motivated. The judge is an italian male, Knox is attractive, put 2+2 together, and you get the real answer. He probably just fancied her.
What i found interesting was that there was nearly 50 mistakes in the DNA evidence and how it was done. Also the police and forensic experts picked up evidence with their hands and amateur **** like that. Do these ****s not watch CSI? Mongs.
In all honestly this is the only thing that could have happened, the prosecutions evidence had bigger holes in it then a pack of polo's... i.e a bar strap was not examined for 6 weeks after in the incident in which several investigaters touched it without cleaning hands.. Innocent until proven guilty and she was found innocent, it would have been so easy for them to upheld the conviction she was public enemy number 1, she may have been there but infact most the evidence suggests it was her.
One botched decision does undermine the whole system. Just ask Meredith Kercher's family how they see the justice system as well as any other family in similar situations
You say your a law student and yet you disregard admissibility of evidence, please say your a first year!
Second year. Went through my first year with flying colours. How have i disregarded the admissibilty of evidence? I don't see where i've done it.
It doesn't. Look, even if the court got it right, and denied her freedom, then another error would be made elsewhere. Thats what people forget about legal people, we're humans too, and humans make errors. One error doesn't undermine a whole system, only those with no knowledge would say that.
So what, i'm allowed to joingly sterotype a typical american male. Only if you took it seriously should you be concerned. Idiot.
She's still hot, maybe hotter now. theres that element of danger, she's killed once and got away with it, she may enjoy it.
