Had to google what that is. Those type of injuries always seem to take forever to recover from

It’s the tendons that keep your shoulder turning in it’s socket. Little one slipped on the monkey bars and I had to grab her with my arm in a funny position, felt it go straight away. Third time it’s happened, same arm. Probs ****ed forever tbh.

I've got a knee that's done for good, never got injured playing footy and then just overstretched in a training match one time and it's never healed properly. Don't suppose it matters now.

On a more positive note, Salmon in sweet chilli sauce, sweet potato wedges and veg for dinner. Might hang myself for pudding.

More uncomfortable than painful. It hurts like but not constantly.

Dunno if you remember I said a few weeks ago about getting a letter from the office of national statistics asking me to take part in a series of Covid tests, well I've just had my 1st one (of five) at the door, he didn't come in, I just signed a form, he gave me a swab and told me to put it in the bag after I was done and he was off. Easy as ya like.

He also reminded me why I said I do it in the 1st place, each visit I get a £25 amazon voucher<laugh>

Good thing he didn't come in too cos I completely forgot about this **** and tha gaff stank of weed <whistle>

    Just bought, arrives tomorrow.

Need a break from Don Winslow and his latest one doesn't get paper back release until next Feb. And that's a book of short stories, thank ****.

Will be having an anti body test myself Monday.

I've agreed to a clinical trial essentially, based on some other such **** I can't be arsed to go into again.

This isn't some kit you buy from Boots, I'll know for sure if I've had it.

Didn't think I have, but there you go. I genuinely can't even remember the last time I was 'ill'.

Tend to plough through colds and bugs and the like, I'm no pussy!

Probs should take a bit more time off work with illness tbf.

I’ve got similar, my cruciate ligament has ended up stretched and slightly U shaped. So the knee is no longer stable .
