Apparently, we went into Tier 4 or whatever the **** they call it now. You wouldn't know though judging by people's reactions.
They've lost the support of the public, the rules were by and large followed way back in March, as time has gone on more and more stupidity, lies or mistakes by the government and its advisors mean many people won't do as they are told now. Unless they bring out the big stick enforcement measures.
