There's two types, people who were born with the urge and would seek help and those who are raised in a culture were it is acceptable behaviour. There's a documentary on youtube about the war in Afghanistan and the US soliders very regularly have to deal with local Afghani power brokers molesting younger boys and girls in police stations and army barracks. From what I could tell, it was not just given a blind eye, but actually accepted by most as simple nature. A literal "what else are they supposed to do?" Someone who is mentally sick, might be convinced to seek help and those who do before they act upon it shouldn't be judged imo, they are trying. But what the **** do you do about people who come from countries where this stuff regularly happens, where they think we're just being paranoid idiots and kids should accept it? They're completely ****ed bro. Once again you can't have this debate in society because it turns into immigration, different cultures and all that ****. People just can't be ****ed talking about it, or worse, they get offended before the convo even starts. Somethings gotta be done, because this **** is getting ****ing rampant.

The scale of it is what shocked me. My Mother was a housing officer for the council and she told me that's there's hundreds in every single town and that they usually get put in the high rise flats. If there's no space then they'll just be banged slap centre in the middle of a council housing estate.
