There's room for wood AND a pizza in there

Needs to be made of brick with a slightly domed roof and central flue so the temp stays equal all round, other than that it looks the business

 

With the greatest respect Fosse, you need to work in Pizza Hut for a couple of weeks before making the next one.

Was brilliant through the summer tbf ... better than any takeaway ones we've ever had ...and a fraction of what you would pay too ... tip we learned... put a little honey in the dough mix

Also great for naans and flatbreads ...

 

My fave ... nduja sausage, italian salami, Serrano ham, capers and fresh basil ...

 

Not bought one yet mate

I really find it hard to believe it could replicate a chip/frying pan, used to use pure lard for frying or chips but when the kids were mid-teens they got educated on health at school and made me change to vegetable oil. Not too bad really but for some reason made a lot of bubbles in egg whites.
