    Another example of BT's ineptitude where people phoning their contact centre to report a loss of Broadband service were told to log on to bt.com if they found it difficult to get through on the phone <doh>

    Are BT the worst service provider out there with their inept technical support and their inability to keep customers informed as to what is happening?

    BT are ****in clueless...I had the BT Vision package and had loads of TV n broadband issues! And don't get me started on moving house/keeping same phone number <grr>

    In all honesty Virgin aren't much better keep with Sky at least you get the service when needed

    exactly...greedy SPL wanted the slighly more cash but SKY already had the proper experience in promoting football. Short sightedness by the SPL!
