I think you will find Ralph focuses on general behaviour on and off the ball and focuses on motivating players to self analysis and get even better rather than finger pointing at scapegoats.

Only just seen the deliberate handball yellow. WTF. I don't understand how that is not a red. And did Che even touch the ball for the disallowed goal!?
Che was interfering with play when a puff of wind blew his sleeve cuff offside, but Cash's handball prevented a clear goalscoring opportunity, so it had to be a red. Theo was 1:1 with the keeper if he had got the ball.
Ahh it's the interfering with play thing. Such a narrow margin, when it's just your sleeve being a mm offside which lets face it, had no bearing on the Villa player flumping it into his own net. Unlucky! But yes, exactly why I don't understand how it wasn't a red card!

Ye Gods. I should have listened to you. I'm stilling shivering with horror now. I thought I had heard of all sexual perversions but that defies understanding or believing.
Any further news on this second scan that Ings was supposed to be having? No news = good news?? Presume that Ralph’s pre-match press conference will be tomorrow with the game being on Friday?
Ings to have small op this week, out for 4-6 weeks confirmed by Ralph. Linked the tweet about it on the Newcastle match thread.
4-6 weeks. So that's probably 5 games. Could have been a lot worse I guess but he's going to be a huge miss.
