Can't complain. We've been out-classed. Like Leicester, I think we'll have more success away from home
Normally since Bielsa came, I've even enjoyed games that we didn't win. This is the first time I haven't enjoyed myself at all. I think it may have been much, much different with KP playing. Klich is brilliant up front, but a DM he is not! Not to worry. Safety is within reach. Only 10 more wins to get!
We huffed and puffed second half and had a go... lacked the quality to go with the endeavour. right side won, score line flattered them but we dust ourselves off and go again... against the poor mans leicester on Friday
Meslier 6. Couple of nervy moments first half. Think he could have done better with the second goal. Thwarted Vardy late on. Ayling 6. Just didn't go for him tonight. Plenty of effort, plenty of neat and tidy posession. Played on a pearl of a pass for Bamfords second chance. However the dive was embarrassing. Cooper 6. Not the easiest night. Didn't do much wrong but positioning for the Leicester counter attacks could have been better. Koch 5. Mistake for first. Lost Vardy for the second. All over the place. Still looked assured on the ball setting us up for our attacks. Dallas 8. Was my MOM and was unfortunate to come off as we changed shape trying to chase the game. Klich 7. Superb display playing in front of the back 4. Really intelligent play. Looking more and more a truly top level player. Blotch on his ticket for a silly penalty. Hernandez 6. Tried to pick the Leicester lock. Not much of it came off but looked the most likely to get us back on level terms. Unlucky to hit the bar and unlucky to be hooked for Roberts. Maybe match fitness an issue. Still plenty to offer. Shackleton 5. Looked out of his depth throughout the first half. Has some work to do if he wants to become a regular in the PL. Costa 5. Plenty of pace. Lovely footwork. Had Leicester on the back foot but still waiting for that end product. A bit pedestrian on the defending again. Harrison 5. Same as Costa but better defensively. The chances he wastes to cross the ball is infuriating. Bamford 4. Missed two game changing chances. Bottled it against Schmeichel. Didn't hold it up. Worked his socks off. Poorest display this season. Subs. Poveda 5. Didn't add anything extra than the other two had. Very much of a muchness. Lots of potential though. Roberts 6. He's no Pablo. Couple of nice touches. A great drive through the middle which he eventually lost. A few mindless passes. Alioski 6. Too late to really make an impact as we chased something from the game. Was busy as he usually is.
Not sure we missed Phillips Ell. Klich more than covered that position. What we really missed was Klich's energy further forward. We need to clone Klich and have three of him in central midfield.
My opening line was going to be we huffed and puffed but @milkyboy beat me to it. I also agree with Emu, Leicester have the perfect style of football to beat us and they showed quality in the areas we lacked although Pablo 6 and Harrison and Costa 5 with Shackleton (we watched a different game) I’d say Shackleton 4 Pablo 4.5 Shackleton and Pablo were awful first half, second Pablo hit the post but it didn’t make up for how many times he gave the ball away, I didn’t like his attitude when he came off, he didn’t prove me wrong, sadly he is finished. On the counter Leicester tore us a new one, I’m not sure if Phillips would have made a difference to be honest, they were just too quick. If Bamford had scored first with the sitter of a header who knows. Our corners and set pieces were still shocking.
not sure kp is at his best against pacy counter attacking sides, but we missed his composure first half we knew their game is all wrong for us so we needed to being our A game. Too many players didn’t step up tonight. It happens.
Leicester Should have had more goals. And Bielsa player strait into Rodgers hands, very well played from Leicester

So it's Philips absence that we lost. But we can beat Villa without him. Philips would have been sent off tonight IMO.
I think 6 would have been my highest Leeds score tonight but I’d have given it to probably nine of them. First half I wasn’t sure who the defensive midfield player was, Martin Tyler said it was Shackleton but I thought it was Klich, both had poor games but then so did the rest.
