After watching the game yesterday I just hope this is entertaining.

 

So the consensus of the PL board is that a player who moves backwards towards a player in the air and then bends down to deliberately tip him over so he goes almost headfirst towards the ground is the one who commits the foul .
The only thing i can conclude is you will all make perfect PL referees .

 

If he has a look first and makes no real attempt for the ball, yes.
