We were all told not to do the same Roger.

People didn't go to see their parents dying in care homes and hospitals.

They couldn't even go to their parent's funerals.

If you're seriously defending Cummings I'm amazed tbh.

He said he suspected he or his wife had the virus yet went to his parents?

You're just bring politics into it mate, exactly what you complain about.

I couldn't care less what anyone but our government is doing tbh.

The PM openly mocked Starmer, in Parliament a fortnight back, for saying another lockdown was inevitable ...

... yet he's doing just that.

    It's not impressive.

The story wasn’t even that he was worried about his parents, he wanted childcare in case he and his wife were poorly.
He drove the length of the country when his wife reportedly had symptoms, he drove to Durham Hospital and then he took a little tour to test his eyes when the rest of us were locked in.
    There is no defence. None.

The whole thing was a joke from one of the people telling us what to do ...

... has serious concerns about his eyesight so hoys his child in the car and drives around to test his eyes <doh>

I’m truly baffled as to how anyone can defend him.

I don't care about political parties.

I do care about people making such a mess of their highly paid jobs and lecturing me at the same time.

The PM said, a fortnight back, 'the opposition wants to plunge this country into a damaging lockdown'.

    Roll on Thursday <doh>

I think that the answer is 'it just is' 'cos there's no valid reason to blame him, but there is a need for some to constantly target the scapegoat <doh>

We’ve had 2 kids vilified by the press and public for shagging stunning women. They had no symptoms. Cummings had symptoms. I’m worried about my parents but, if I had symptoms, I wouldn’t drive the 3 miles to their house as I know the rules. Let alone 300!

I keep saying I’m not especially political but I believe in social justice and fairness. Cummings stuck two fingers up at the little people and then insulted our intelligence with his cock and bull story :emoticon-0130-devil

It was disgraceful and the PM hid.

He's no leader, just all fist pumping bluster that's no longer fooling people.

'Look at me shaking hands and not wearing a mask out there fighting the virus ...

... oops now I've got it so all you young people stop socialising and stay in your houses'.

That's wrong, mind, Roger . . . . what's right is what Janey said, and Cummings' actions were indefensible (and Boris made a massive mistake by not disciplining him appropriately) :emoticon-0148-yes:

I'm not being wise after the event Janey.

I was desperate for us to use our massive island advantage once the virus was raging through Italy and the continent.

The government was still allowing unlimited air/sea travel and continued to do so ...

... it was absolute negligence and thousands have died because of it.

The stupid cow refused and you can't sack someone elected by the people ...

... sadly that's an anomaly of democracy.

She's absolutely shameless and one of the reasons young people think 'f**k it'.

She has blood on her hands.

Said since the first time I saw him in the commons, comes across as a “school bully” nothing more.

his reaction to anything where opposition may correctly disagree is to shout at them and use the “my Dad’s bigger than yours” type comeback! Worst we’ve had in my memory. And yes, I include Thatcher in that had I detest her!

Notice they are not using the "following the science" anymore since it came out that they haven't been.
