When I did my knee ligaments many years ago, I walked home from the station. Next day my knees looked like a ballooon and I could barely stand up.
Goldies in Dorch. Always the best Although a Villa fan wound up the landlord today. I’m sure he was feeling emotional Happy dance demonstrated at appropriate times
Ok with Everton losing, a win by any score Friday puts us top, Any sort of win puts us top. Southampton will be top of the premier league if the beat Newcastle Southampton will be the best team in England. And with man city v liverpool, Everton v Man Utd, we could stay there for the international break depending on spurs and Leicester results.
Until Ings has a scan it’s all just guessing really. He didn’t look too bad when walking off after the final whistle, but as with Van Dijk, a lot of people can still walk after ligament damage. However with Bertrand and potentially Bednarek possible absentees for Friday, it just shows how light we are if we pick up injuries. Happy with how our strongest 11 looks, but beyond that it begins to look weak. I guess that is just part and parcel for clubs like us (until next season when we’ve qualified for the Champions League).
Bloody hell, good job the game finished when it did! Some amazing saints goals and another 3 points, I'm hoping the injuries aren't all that serious
Vin, you just need two templates: Saints vs [Insert name here] - discuss Or [Insert name here] vs Saints - discuss That should be enough for the next 31 games (in the league, plus the 6 for our FA Cup run). Embellishments like date, time, officials are useful, but smack of trying too hard.
Danny's body language suggested that it might not be really bad but I guess we'll have to sweat over it until we know more.
Vokins has stepped in and done a job before and Jack is pretty experienced I just wish that there was some positive news about Salisu.
Exciting times but still early days although it does feel the best since the Ron days so far and the league is very open.
I hope so , had a speculative punt before lockdown occurs on Saints £40 at 400-1. Strange times. We are playing well and the traditional big six look **** and injury to Van Dyke will stop the scousers
Such knowledge and expertise can't be ignored Seems like you should be next, when (if?) the OM run ends
No problems with Vodkins as I have been impressed when has been given the opportunity but would have Redders in front of him as he provides the best support of out no 10’s. I think Bedders will be back thankfully Upfront......um, that’s a tougher one.
So, that will be the first match of the 2021-2022 season. By then we'll be Premier League and FA Cup double winners, and pundits everywhere will be scratching their heads when Ralph explains that he owes it all to Onion Man
