Sadly didn’t happen, but a win takes us to third, minimum.

I'll raise you. Let's win tomorrow and the next game. Then stop the season, end of. We could be Champions :)

As top team in the Premier League, would we then get automatically selected for the "Pan-European Super League", or whatever it will be called?

Confirmed PL to continue through lockdown.

Can only be good for momentum for us.

Momentum? Isn't that part of the Labour party? This should be on the Politics thread! <whistle>:)

Momentum - we don't know what the answer is, but we disagree with it. Oops, Politics again <laugh>

For something to have momentum, it needs both mass and velocity. So Fats will have considerably more momentum than, say, JWP. Prowsie may move twice as fast as FLT, but if FLT has more than twice as much mass as JWP, FLT will have a greater momentum. Here endeth the lesson. Oh, and it's Matchday!

    So the $6 million question.

How did the dishwasher game go?

It didn't. I was a bit worried as we had Mrs No7's brother & wife over for dinner last night and used all sorts of different trays/plates etc as there were more of us than the normal two. I didn't know where half the stuff was meant to go back.

I went downstairs this morning, opened every cupboard in preparation, filled the kettle to the top, clicked the on button and rushed to the dishwasher. Then, nothing. I had forgotten to press the on button on the dishwasher last night.

We will have to go with a Pools Panel result.

    Panel Result: Away win.

This is clearly a premonition - the match will be abandoned, due to a floodlight failure

Where's Schrodinger's Cat when you need it? I thought I knew where it was, but it's not there. Probably.

I’ve read this 4 times and each time I read it, I only see the compliment. Yep, I get it. Lemons and Oranges thinks I’m better than Prowsie.

    good enough for me <laugh>
