Could you risk Maguire, Gucchi and Diamond as a front three and forget a target man? Give them freedom to interchange and they would be difficult to mark.
Shocking performance, but a win is a win and I got the score spot on for a change! Got to say that the last couple of games have really put the spotlight on the limited ability of Phil Parkinson. His game management is truly awful and painful to witness. The guy is on borrowed time....
I'd probably go with Grigg instead of Diamond, I know he's done bugger all for us but it's mainly because he's always played as Wyke-lite. I reckon putting Maguire and Gooch around him all playing it on the ground would produce goals.
Goals from Gooch and Maguire, should could these two be played up front in a 3/5/2 formation. Just think of the midfield we could pick , if only we had a manager.
