1447 FOOTBALL: Former Chelsea coach Carlo Ancelotti has hinted he would be interested in the Tottenham job if current incumbent Harry Redknapp succeeds Fabio Capello as England boss. He told La Repubblica: "In a few months Capello's job will go to an Englishman that will free up a spot at a club. Only big jobs interest me like Liverpool and Tottenham. But I'm not in a rush."

Well if 'arry goes for the England job what do people think about CA as a replacement?

A bigger question would be are you worthy of the man?

i wouldn't be unhappy with ancelloti to be honest, he wasn't given a fair crack at chelsea imo.
I'd prefer it if redknapp stays though.

  6. I think we could a lot worse, and probably not a lot better. So, yeah, I'd be happy with Carlo.

That hairy caterpillar he has for an eyebrow worries me, though.

Ancelotti seems to be putting himself up for the job really, doesn't he?
It may just be a ploy to push another club's buttons and force their hand, though.

He'd probably bring Wilkins with him if he took the job...

Especially as he won the double in his first year (of two).

i think Wilkins would love to come to Spurs as Ancelotti's no 2 if he got the job,i'd be happy with them both, but i'd still prefer Harry to stay

Lots of Chelsea fans were very unhappy at Wilkins after he did the commentary for the Real Madrid first leg, last season.
He kept referring to Spurs as "we", presumably because we're an English club and not because he already knows that he's joining, which put their noses out of joint.

If Harry leaves Ancelotti with Wilkins would be just fine with me,wonder what the players would think?Personally i can't see any of them having any real issues and Modders can see "the Bigger clubs" ex has come to him.
