As you were comparing Bourton On The Water to Grimsby.

Being serious, I love the New Forest. Have holidayed in Fordingbridge and North Gorley staying next door to the pub there. Like sitting next to the river in Wareham having a drink as well. A lot of places round there and in Dorset where I would live. Unfortunately it is another place you need 6 numbers to come up to sell up and move there when you are retired.

Surprised you've taken the time to dig up that crock of **** again.. You can imagine the spotty teenager giggling to himself in his bedroom when typing that predictable garbage out.

There are loads of them. And about places everywhere. For some reason the HDM gets uptight about them. They once had an article about Hull topping one of these lists. Full of quotes from enraged folk saying these people writing these unkind comments had obviously never been to Hull. The list was based on comments from people who actually lived in the cities. The HDM and the people they spoke to seemed unaware of that.
Was in Northumberland last year, staying near Amble a pleasant little town. According to one of these sites it is a dangerous hell hole populated by drunken and drugged up maniacs and you take your live in your hands by being unwise enough to venture there.

You can't even get the name right. Are you mixing it up with Burton on Trent?

Having lived there (and hated it) I think you are over selling the place TOM.

Its click bait aimed at the lowest possible denominator. It also show how much standards have slipped in the newspaper/media trade. Not so long back ****e like that wouldn't have seen the light of day but today anything passes as 'news'.
You only have to look at the television listings to see how far things have sunk.
