Does orange juice damage your liver? People drink vodka and orange all the time, so it must be bad for you. Your lack of logical reasoning astounds me sometimes...

    'Lack of enthusiasm/energy'? Really? <laugh>

Cannabis does not react well with some people, it can exacerbate certain mental health conditions for some people. It doesn't cause them though.

'Lead to taking class A drugs'? Really? <laugh>

Cannabis is not an addictive substance. No more than, say, chocolate, and chocolate probably kills more people every year.

There are way bigger problems to public health than people smoking weed. Have you ever smoked weed?

You need to split that up in to the 4 different nations as the UK government isn't responsible for all <ok>

I wonder if the 367 deaths yesterday might have started to concentrate a few minds.
Above is what I posted just last month at a time where few people it would seem could see where we were all heading.

Clear as crystal for me and as usual I look as though I will be proved correct.
All this rubbish about tiers 1 2 and 3. With the test and trace system still a mess the country is going one way and thats a full lockdown.
The Labour party called for a circuit breaker over half term which would have been sensible - instead we will of course bumble on and look at the rest of Europe shutting down before we do anything. And then suddenly everyone in the UK will realise that we will be locked down all over Christmas. Thanks Boris !

The moronic policies of the UK government will bankrupt the country. Absolutely criminal.
£12 billion for a world class test and trace system! That has gone well hasnt it!

What about where I live? The Police have said cannabis is tolerated up here. They arrest dozens of people every weekend in the town centre for alcohol related offences including drunk and disorderly, criminal damage, violence, domestic abuse... Cannabis clubs have been open around here for about 6 years now and so far there's been zero arrests. Alcohol is far more destructive to communities and families than cannabis ever will be.

I'd agree that cannabis can have negative side effects with some people but go and find me a medication that doesn't...

Ha ha ha...this is hilarious some of what you have written here. In fact it's so funny I can't even entertain responding to it.

I would suggest you read up a bit more on the dangers of smoking cannabis. Plenty of public health guidance out there.

I think Mal's got the right idea on here..just ignore what you are saying.

So Germany and France are now back into a national lockdown.

When will it dawn on our clueless government that the 3 tier approach is not working and they need to do something tougher!
Far far too soft in this country. Both the politicians and people have all turned into a bunch of snowflakes. Absolutely pathetic!

Glad to see you are coming round to my way of thinking Steveo although must say i m surprised! I ve been saying on here for yonks the country is full of snowflakes..

If you live in Bristol they have their own made up tier..tier +1. So an additional one to think about on top of the 3 tiers...

Another mayor intent on massaging his ego..

Sureley the Snowflakes are the ones hiding at home scared to get on with their lives as there is a virus going around that we have a survival rate of 99.9% against?

no the snowflakes are the ones who are too soft to use their common sense and NOT go out more than is necessary, and just go along with whatever stupid rules the government come up with.

The survival rate is not 99.9% for all sections of society and you should maybe start considering other people and not just yourself.

Good to see that the Labour Party have suspended Jeremy Corbyn. - a pity he couldn’t have been removed years ago, instead of setting back the party by at least a decade!

I see that Jeremy “smear victim of the right wing press” Corbyn has been suspended by the Labour Party for “unlawful” harassment and discrimination when he was leader.

Glad that has been sorted out.

Apologies, stick, I have quoted them incorrectly. There are two statistics in there that are actually the same thing but expressed in different ways: the death rate from influenza and pneumonia fell by 2,535 – which was a decline of 27 per cent. My fault: I misrepresented the article, which does begin with “The death rate from flu and pneumonia fell by nearly one third in September” so I should have read it more slowly.

No escaping from the reality of the hysteria about coronavirus numbers though. You never see the thousands that die from anything but coronavirus flashed all over the news.

We all know that rudebwoy is a great advocate of recreational drugs because if everyone is totally spaced out they might agree with his delusional worldview. Dylan in Magic Roundabout is based on him.

Sorry to have to disagree with you, Mal, but I saw several clips of an interview that Kamala Harris did the other night.

With the two dodgy old codgers that are running for the Presidency, Americans should perhaps be looking at the potential vice Presidents as they could end up with one of them. That is why the Biden camp went with a credible running mate who ticks all the BLM boxes. They need the non-white Democrat vote to show up this time or Trump will get four more years.

The problem with what The Donald has done in office is that much of it is by Presidential edict rather than actual work through Congress and his massive tax cuts have caused a huge bubble in the US stockmarkets that is ultimately going to burst and bite those who supported him.
