    The Black man fatally shot by Philadelphia police officers on Monday was an aspiring rapper who sometimes rhymed about shooting people, including police officers, and was awaiting trial for allegedly threatening to shoot a woman

    Wallace had a criminal history. In 2017, he pleaded guilty to robbery, assault and possessing an instrument of crime

    he kicked down the door of another woman and put a gun to her head

    In 2013, he pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and punching an officer in the face

    An Englishman would be embarrassed and uncomfortable if someone from a different culture stooped to his knees before him in a strange act of sympathy for being born a different skin colour.

    Only low self esteem low IQ people that believe they are sub human would welcome people treating them as a perpetual victim purely on their race.

    It's clear bigotry of low expectations peddling this BLM nonsense now .

    It's strange how these people with "mental health issues" always attack people and commit many other crimes
    they never walk in front of a car or a train
    they seem to curb their "mental health issues" then
    gratuitous violence seems to be the result of those "mental health issues"
