So youve been winning easy away from home have you? Ive watched quite a lot of your games on TV and you havent been putting teams away, or getting behind them eg Dundee utd recently. Just cos your still winning and not conceding doesnt mean your playing great, probably says more about us teams you were playing against for not stealing a goal or two when we had the chances. Dare I say it winning when your still playing badly is the sign of champions, Man Utd previously have done the same.
Well to have won 14 in a row and not conceded this season we're not exactly playing badly You mention the Dundee Utd game and yes we did struggle a bit to get more goals but Dundee Utd didn't threaten much. All our other away games have been easy wins. 2-0's, 3-0's and a 4-0 in our last away game at Dunfermline
Usual pish from deluded Rangers fan drunk on Celtic are pish. Rangers have been rank rotten in many games this season, you forget the Hearts game, the Aberdeen game, St Johnstone, not forgetting the Malmo and Maribor and Falkirk embarrassments that were and still are a HUGE blot on Super Ally's copybook. It's only from the Celtic game that we seem to be playing better IN THE LEAGUE. Our results in the league have been great, some of the performances have not.
The Hearts and Aberdeen games were home games, I was talking about away games. Plus I said we've struggled more at home than away Whats your point caller?
Lennon has stated that he's fed up fire-fighting due to stupid defensive mistakes and is going with this new line-up at the back: Hugh, Pugh, Charlie Mulgrew, Cuthbert, Dibble & Grubb
They should stick to having both Stokes and Hooper up front. Of the seven games we've won all season these two were playing up top.
First I cannot believe that Stereo and his mates did not blame Samaras for yesterday's defeat. I became sick to death last year and this year with so called Celtic fans bemoaning that Lennon knew nothing because of his continuous buying of centre midfield players. Last November we ran short and now again we are short of centre midfield players. Two winger type players, lightweights and little tackling ability spells trouble for any team which has only two centre mid fielders. This forced the strikers to come into midfield too often and they either wasted the opportunities or were not where should have been. Having said that after an edgy first half Celtic seem to be controlling the second half, the defence was outdone by a terrible centre which they managed to not deal with and Hearts scored. Then Commons made his first tackle of the season and low and behold Craig Thompson couldn't resist sending him off. It was a bad tackle but the Hearts opening goalscorer committed a bad tackle also and then kicked Mulgrew in the head but Craig just smiled. Of course he was smiling and talking with the Hearts player whilst the subject of Commons tackle made a remarkable Naismith like recovery. It appears although Commons got a red card Hearts did not get a free kick. Hearts seem to be lucky that their mason Thompson is the regular referee at Tynecastle when Celtic visits and he never ceases to disappoint them by always sending someone from Celtic off. Poor Commons was sent off last season for enjoying scoring. After the sending off Celtic needed leaders and Celtic had got no leaders, it was very poor. Lennon may or may not be picking the right team, but too many of those who are playing are not playing with the same desire as last season. Too many players are playing on last season's reputation and i that doesn't change we won't win anything.
