I probably started life slightly right of centre and as the years have gone by I’ve moved through centre to slightly left of centre... probably.

I didn’t like what I saw on the right, found nobody to make a decision in the centre and now not liking the view through the left door.

Politics is not pleasant for me.

FWIW (And I am replying without seeing responses to this), I don't see Billy as a WUM. I genuinely feel he (or maybe it is an internet she? <laugh>) wants to question what is said by all and not just accept it.

We all have differing views politically and rather than following the main consensus on here, Billy questions it. No right or wrong here really, just strong options.

Well there is right and wrong, but you know what I mean.

Most of your comments are well received so don't be afraid. The trick is knowing when to stop, when to change tack and when to mend fences.

I'm very right wing , but that's only because I was good at cutting in on my left to let go of a rocket that more often or not ended up nearer the corner flag than top bins.

If the vote is for you to leave and Billy comes back then I vote that you leave. Nothing personal but I think that you have poured fuel on a fire that would've died down eventually.

We aren’t having a vote on Farked leaving. He hasn’t actually broken any rules although he came close today. Let this serve as a warning.

He certainly knew how to push Billy's buttons and I think that Billy's responses were expressed badly in the heat of the moment but I understood where he was coming from.

Shame I've busy for a day or two, missed all the fun.

IMO, there is a place for this thread, but we all should be more tolerant of others views.

I've never been really political and just adjust to my surroundings. I've stated before that until the last election never voted anything other than conservative. This time was different. Have I become left wing? No. Do I think Boris is a muppet? Yep. Would I vote Tory next election...probably not as at the moment that Kier bloke sounds quite good.

But maybe I have become a little left of centre as I feel the older I get the more I give a **** about my fellow humans. There is a lot wrong with the world at the moment, and until (IMO) we get rid of the divisive idiots like Trump we'll always have issues.

Had a big fall out with my daughter this morning as she was trying to convince me that Trump was 'good for business' and as I didn't live there I didn't see the real news. I said he may be good for business, but is he good for the world. And trust me I told her, I see real news, not Fox news and youTube.

I have been really encouraged today by the news that nearly seven times more 18 to 21 year olds have already voted in America than did in 2016.

Let us hope that we have a similar increase in turnout of young people at the next General Election.

Let's be honest after the O level and A level cock up and then the university fiasco this year there is probably four year age cohorts of kids who will be able to vote for the first time then and boy will they be wanting revenge on Spaffer and his incompetent Cabinet buddies.

PS Come back Billy or you have lost and you must never let that happen. I thought you were made of much sterner stuff.

Talking of Trump, is there anyone on here from the left or the right, who believes he is good to have as the President?

Did anyone watch The Trump Show on the BBC? An excellent three parter with condemnation for Trump coming from all sides, the best one being John Bolton. In the third part Trump is meeting with Putin and a journalist asks Trump who he believes, his security service or Putin. He opts for Vlad the Lad and the look on Putin's face is priceless. Talk about the cat that got the cream.

Yes he is in certain aspects. He started off okay, acted a bit of a clown lately though.

See that is how to post on here - I totally disagree, but respect your opinion.

EDIT: Reading back that looks a bit dickish.

What I mean is I personally disagree, no one is right or wrong.
