Bristol Rovers the absolute definition of a team that tries really hard but have limited talent. They are shocking, sadly so are we so far tonight

 

We have an ok squad which is lacking experience led by Terry who is next to useless. Anybody who thinks we will be anywhere near the promotion slots need to give their head a good shake.

Front three have been poor. KLP and Mayer need to replace two of them at least.

 

City have been in the Premier League twice during The Allams ownership. Their lack of proper investment in the team & allowing/forcing Steve Bruce to leave has resulted in them overseeing 2 relegations back to The Championship & now a 3rd relegation down to Div 1.

 

Is this what we’ve descended to?

 

Yes. They started the season looking far superior, but since the Fleetwood loss they've looked more like they did last season. I have a feeling McCann uses a similar tactic to Trump, whereby he tells everybody around him that everything is fine and they're doing great, when in reality everything isn't fine and is actually a bit ****.

In fact I'll go one better, I think he's like David Brent; he considers morale to be more important than reality and is more concerned with everybody having a positive attitude than facing reality and admitting that there are problems with the way he does things.

 

The **** is wearing those clinic glasses you used to get with sticking plaster over one lens cos you had a weak eye. Only thing with knobhead is that both lenses are covered.

 

Mayer won't come on, it'll be Slater, KLP and Eaves that come on.

Because he's a crap manager. He proved that last season & he'll prove it again this season. He has achieved nothing as a manager & this is the bloke our clueless owners thought would play 4-3-3 every week & get City promoted from The Championship back to the Premier League. It was five past before they realised!

 

Not good enough that, having plenty of the ball but doing nothing with it. They are working hard but are not a good side, two wingers creating nothing, get them involved, get the ball on the floor and we can come back. Overall a lot of improvement needed all over the pitch.
