Presumably he's our token free transfer, European signing that makes about 10 appearances and then ****s off to Liechtenstein or some ****.

It possibly isn't anything to do with formations, plan A or Plan B etc... Maybe and quite possibly, grant just doesn't inspire, motivate or create belief within individuals or as a squad as a whole?

Does grant want it enough? Does he feel like he has a job no matter what? We just don't look like a squad that has a leader of the pitch installs a winning mentality in the players. Would these exact same players do better in the exact same formation if they where inspired, motivated and full of belief?
