We're all happy that Thomas Sandgaard owns CAFC now and is investing in our future. And in the longer term he is presumably arranging to one day reunite our Club with its stadium and training ground. But I'm a bit surprised to hear a fan say that he 'doesn't give a monkeys' that Duchatelet still owns all Charlton Athletic's real estate. Probably the second most hated owner in our history. The man who divided the Club from the Valley. The man who described CAFC as worthless, and then acted accordingly. I am still very concerned that RD owns the Valley and Sparrows Lane. Not sure I'm worried enough to boycott when the time eventually comes that fans can return to matches. I'm worried enough to think about it though. And worried enough not to dismiss any possible future harm that Roland might choose to inflict. EDIT: Sorry, I know this is off-topic. I won't pursue it any further. Please feel free to add any further thoughts on what I've posted though DickPlumb.
Elfs I’ve walked the dog , got the log burner going , the beers in the fridge and my good lady is cooking me a healthy chilli con carne , it’s still pissing down and in 1 1/2 hours we kick off - I know where I’d rather be and it’s indoors watching the live stream mate
There was a time when biting autumn weather was considered ideal for English football. We have gone a bit soft I fear...
Playing Pratley and Watson might be out of respect for Oxford, who should be better than Northampton.
