Rumours that Tevez will replace Waggy. Waggy going to Everton. Steve Evans to be made manager when Powell goes to Man City. His backroom team will include Brian Clough and Steve McLaren. There are also rumours that the Baseball Ground is set to move from its Derby home to South London, could be the new Number 2 for Evans ?
No chance of Waggy being sold in January. Think Hayes has led the line well. Scored three times and made around 4 assists, so overall not to bad.

is there any substance to this or just pure JA xconjecture? we will need all the strength in depth we can muster.
I did say in the Sheffield UTD match thread that Kermorgant is an all round better player than Hayes. Don't get me wrong, I think Hayes too is a good player, but Kermorgant is just that bit better. I can see that Powell is building up his fitness, but eventually I can see them being replaced, Hayes on the bench. Green will be the same too, and eventually come in to replace Wagstaff. I remember reading an interview with Wagstaff, and he said "he'd need to score 46 goals this season in order to keep his place in the first team." Green for me is a better crosser and we need someone who can put the ball into the box (other than Jackson and Stevens, but they play on the other side).
Heard from a legitimate source that we're going to sell Wagstaff for £6 million to Thamesmead Town and bring in Brian Blessed on a free transfer in January.
from what ive been told burnley where willing to splash 650k out on waggy when they sold eagles to bolton but had that bid turned down,they are reported to be very keen still on waggy but must up their original bid of 650k-charlton value waggy at 1.6-1.8m like shelvey ,cant see them getting that so i expect burnley at least test our nerve with an improved offer of over a million
If we can get Burnley in a bidding war with free-spending Leeds, the fee could rise to £2m. You heard it here first.
Papa Smurf will not spend £1m on any League one players except perhaps Rhodes but I doubt he has £1m spare anyway.
