Biden has his hand on the girls arm then leans in to speak into (presumably her mom) the lady's ear ... possibly whispering. You can't do that without altering your centre of gravity. His hand on the child's arm moves in sync with his overall change of stance... it is not separate.

Yes, possibly. Like I said, we all see what we want to see. I’m not immune. I’ve also said elsewhere that I don’t rate Biden as a candidate. He has one thing going for him, imo, and that’s that he isn’t Trump.

But in order to see what you claim to see in that clip you keep on posting, you’d have to be looking pretty hard for it. Why would you want to do that? It looks like a desperate attempt to smear your opponent because your own boy has made himself look so appalling in the eyes of the world.
