    You can’t take Plug seriously.
Langford was the ref who gave them a penalty at Forest last season when 1) it wasn’t in the area and 2) it wasn’t a foul.

Have a look and also a listen on 1.00 when the jack commentator shrieks Penalty in his Jack screech<doh>

This division is there for the taking this season but not by City as it stands.
    No stand out teams.

Lowly Coventry take Reading’s unbeaten scalp, thrilling 3-2 win. Always liked a 3-2 score line or better still 2-3 away win...exciting, better than 2-1! :emoticon-0103-cool:

Not so tonight as Mr Masky points out
I reiterate if any club wants this division, it’s there for them.

Once again throwing a light on my less than accurate assessment of footbal matters! That said, it's Readings first defeat. But, you're right, with the exception of a few, the league is there for any team with an idea of attacking it.

I hate it when City are favourites for our games as was the case in the last two against Boro at home and Derby away - I see we're favourites again at QPR today. <doh>

Didn't bother to have a flutter on the Boro game (good job) so I withdrew my Preston winnings and just left 20 quid in there for a go at something. Because we were favourites and poor odds at Derby, I left the result alone (another good job) but stuck the 20 quid on Wilson scoring anytime @3/1 - he didn't play did he! <doh>

I knew I'd get the refund as Wilson was a "non runner" and the 20 quid duly arrived back in my account.

Had a funny feeling about the Reading game last night. They were due to come up short and I thought Cov could spring a surprise - and the bonus was it was on the box to watch!

Yes, an enthralling game and an excellent result. <whistle>..........<laugh><laugh>

Reading and Watford beaten with Bournemouth held to a draw, but that top 6 looks pretty sound to me even with Warnock in there. <doh>

Teams currently outside that top 6 like Brentford and Stoke will surely have something say about it as well.

Have we really got a chance after a performance like that yesterday? Major surgery isn't possible until January even if we had the vision and money to do something radical with the playing staff, so it's down to what we've got.

Doubts are being expressed about the management at the club, and the cracks are getting wider despite the outward appearance ot "solidarity and unity" we keep hearing about.

Something has got to change PDQ if we are to have any chance of influencing the outcome at the top because at the moment we are bottom half strugglers.
