I have a membership and am probably going to head to the Blackburn Carling Cup game at the end of October.

However, my mate wants to come and doesn't have a membership.

I know you have to have one for away games but does this include Carling Cup or is it just the league? I assume it'll be the same but thought I might as well Cheik.

    Cheers.

****! I forgot all about this. I was going to go down with a mate, but I don't know if you are allowed more than one ticket.

I like your use of Cheik at the end there as well!

You're only allowed one ticket per membership :(

That's assuming it's the same scheme for Carling Cup as the league.

I wanted to go to the Blackburn game but I don't have a membership nor anyone to go with. Boooo.

You could just brave the home end. I'm going to do that for the City game. Cheap student prices, apparently. <diva>

Well, I have a membership so might just go alone in the away end. Or go with my mate in the home end. Or get the **** to buy a membership.

    The possibilities are endless!

Hey! Indeed I am! Easy to get to the Greater Manchester based games... just a shame none of my mates are massive football fans, so I don't often have anyone to go with <wah>

Mate's a cheap skate and he's not really a 'proper' NUFC fan. just enjoys going to footbal games. But, yeah, that's what I'm going to bully him into doing.

I thought it was you who was Manchester based, it was easier to remember who was where initially, but now there are so many of us, not so easy to keep track, that's not to say I don't keep track of your every word.... :emoticon-0105-wink:
I just heard this morning I am to be a guest of the Co. my husband works for at Old Trafford, on Nov. 26, I'm really excited about it. I'm giving the annual Barbeque a miss though, that's this month at the Pitcher and Piano in Manchester.

Haha, aye it's me! And I don't doubt for a minute that you all get terribly excited whenever you see the username Acid-Hippo in the recent posts column! ;)

Ahh wow, that sounds brilliant. Don't think I'll be making the Man U match to be honest. Kinda annoying that they're here in Manc two weeks in a row, woulda liked to have spread my Toon matches over the season a bit!

Not about the Blackburn game but its about tickets. Does anyone who has bought away tickets with memberships think that the Man City away game will go on member sale? Not a problem for me because I have an ST but it is a problem for the people I'm going with because they don't. Cheers in advance for any help.

Yep, one ticket per membership and that's it.

I used to buy a ticket for me and mate up to this season. Luckily he moved to New Zealand so just having one ticket suits me. I don't mind going to away games by myself, still have a brilliant time.

Hoping either Man U or Man City make it to members.
