We bought defenders like Hoedt to play in front of them

As with all positions, if they were the perfect player who never made a mistake, they wouldn't be playing for us in the first place. Forster and Gunn are both good GKs who have made errors and our fans pick up on those very quickly.
Unfortunately for Fraser his errors came whilst we were also at a particularly low point in general morale because the rest of the team was playing some dire football. Gunn I think was over-exposed by some awful defending .
Until you remember that Jack Butland has been sh1t for years, yes.

From the highlights he has decent passing and technique, The problem is the application and always will be. He is just lazy.
Hypothetical question: we get new owners next month and they hand King Ralph £50m to spend in January, where do we need to strengthen and any ideas who you would like to see turning up at SMS?
