I agree - the Turks were not known for their defensive prowess when Pivac and Hayward were there - and International teams/players are more likely to find holes and wreak havoc.

All in all, we are fortunate that the rankings were based on January 2020 and not on what has happened since - currently we are 6th so would have been in the second tier <cheers>

I must admit I was surprised at that score, I thought that would be a tough game for the Ospreys up there.

Yes Glam - beforehand, I would not have been surprised if the scoreline had been the other way around.

Tips’ yellow card came from an instinctive rather than deliberate act - and that gave the Jocks a 7 point lead.

Thereafter, virtually one way traffic. Webb was (almost) back to his best, Protheroe looked sharp and Williams in the centre looked ‘tidy’.

Yes Protheroe looked good signing from what I could see on the highlights.

Tip's yellow card could be viewed as a bit severe as I do not think it was an intentional move.

Didn't know the score when watching the highlights just now and thought "game over" at 7 - 0 and the yellow! Great turn around and result, hopefully a good season to follow :emoticon-0137-clapp

Dai Parker is a lovely guy - often see him in Town.

Glyn Shaw - Welsh international who more than held his own when he went North.

Dai Morris - arguably the best Welsh international who didn’t become a British Lion

I think you are having me on ! ,!...... I REFEREED THEM ALL except Cardiff, And I was probably banned from referring them because I upset the Cardiff Chairman in the centenary dinner. .....
always had a good welcome with Llanelli, Neath, Swansea and Maestg, ... great banter after games. ......... most other clubs O.K. ........ still think you are having me on, you probably have a soft spot for most Welsh clubs .

Defence is too loose - why oh why did he prefer Hayward to Shaun Edwards?

I was very disappointed with the performance. The result really was irrelevant, so why all those pops at goal when behind? Put it in the corner, have a go, improve the attack with practice in a tough game. And how many pointless up and unders? That really drives me crazy. Very sloppy as well. I'm giving us a 50-50 chance against Scotland next week and that's only because it's Al's record breaking caps appearance.

France were very good, especially in attack, very creative. There's no way Ireland will get a bonus point victory next weekend, so it's England's title. The wife will be happy at least!
