It's quite telling that the people posting posititive stuff are lifelong supporters who are well known to many ... ... those posting ultra-negative 'info' never seem to have stories, memories, mates, etc and only post on one thread. I've always said there are patterns on forums.
Wouldn’t blame any of the likes of yourself, Prehab, Magnus, GG, Wheat-sheaf if you chose to do so. It’s a massive shame that some sad individuals have been a such negative influence to make you feel that way. Most of us are genuinely appreciative of the information shared as it’s probably kept many of us feeling involved/ invested in the club. Looking forward to the forthcoming takeover and subsequent changes and hopefully a brighter future for us all to enjoy. God knows we’re due one.
I think you said yesterday you had some really good info but were unable to post it? I presume it was very positive news but did it give you any idea who it actually is who is in the period of exclusivity?
I can't understand why some people would have a go at yourself and other posters such as Magnus and Prehab if what you post doesn't come off. You can only post what you've been told but don't have any control over what's actually happening.
It's positive news but the new owner isn't certain, there are two offers, one of which I know nothing about. I do know that what I was told, about Donald wanting out asap, seems to have been confirmed. Other than that my info only relates to Donald's departure.
'Out' as in no longer being responsible or directly involved. Trouble is he can sell most of his shares and pocket the money. But if he keeps 5% that could be worth a fair bit if the club were sold in the PL.
On the mags, a mate of mine still thinks the Arabs are Gona ge the club surely he’s lost his mind right?
It's not beyond the bounds of possibility mate. The £17m deposit means they have an interest and Ashley wants out. It would take some doing but there's no reason they shouldn't keep talking. The good news is that HMRC are really getting their claws into them.
Don't think that Chris lad on Twitter wants there to be no takeover, just don't think he trusts SD and co as far as he can throw them, which is understandable.
Do you think the FPP link is gone as one of the other lads has mentioned (I think anyway) or are they still the main contenders.
It's quite serious and I'm told HMRC are asking for documents prior to Ashley buying the club. The fee for Joelinton was mentioned as well which could be interesting. I don't know what the penalties could be but they've put thousands of man hours into it so must feel confident. They've messed up a few football cases, Redknapp, etc, so need a result.
My info says FPP are still involved but they may not be the buyers. All I was told is that Fuhrman wants a resolution and that Donald is no longer running the club. Believe me mate, I'm as frustrated as you but the people who tell me things don't take kindly to the likes of me demanding answers
