an absolute joke, . All people want to do its to dispose of their rubbish ,you know the sort of stuff the lazy bin men won't take . There is a ready made solution to the long queues , how's about opening up the now closed area adjacent to the existing site this was open during first local lock down and worked well , it was controlled with all the bays marked out and had has nearly the same capacity as the original , Now the council is acting like Big Brother I wonder how this will work " You must not use your vehicle registration number to book visits against different addresses. This will be identified, and you may be refused entry or have your booking cancelled ".How will they identify the vehicle against the address, is the DVLA providing/ selling the council with our details yes I'm sure someone from Pembroke driven all the way to Swansea to dispose of a few black bags .
