Noooooo, only 2 things to correct you on this time. 1/It was the family section 2/"Purple you're a coont, purple purple you're a coont". I was almost 'Chesterfield drunk' that day.
Noooo ...I was definitely singing “f uck off Purple” ...so you are mistaken ? Another memorable scene from that day was you, with your back to the pitch as the goals flew in, arguing with Essex Al about “apologists”
Back on a serious note, it’s days like today that you really miss going to the football on a Saturday. Northampton is always a cracking day out. Their stadium isn’t the best, but we have taken plenty up there in recent years, and there’s always a good atmosphere. Football and Charlton won’t be the same until us fans are back following our true love.
The emotion of hate doesn't come to me easy, but I make an exception for anything Northampton. Luckily I dragged my gf away from that ****hole and Charltonised her. Chav central, full of drunks and self opinionated carrot crunchers. We need to smash them out of sight so my in-laws suffer the misery they deserve, as they are the lowest from of life I've ever had the displeasure to meet. COYA
I still see us as a bit of work in progress, although Maatsen stepped firmly out of the shadows at Blackpool. I exect Bows will want to rotate slightly to keep us fresh, so maybe Williams might get some game time, now the excitement and confidence of his goal for Wales is slipping away. 2-1 away win with Watson to pick up his fifth yellow
