It's worth mentioning I don't drink anything but water and I'm up 5 - 6 am most days.. I suppose its more of a Lentil mash than a soup... Its very thick

It gets worse I don't eat after 7pm, I do my excersize after a dog walk am and I don't eat anything at all until 11am.. This parts a relatively new thing though.. Only been doing it around a month
