what the ****. You you live in a sauna or men’s toilets. Why would you drink 4lts plus of water a day. I have had a kidney transplant so know the risk of dehydration, that’s an extreme volume you are getting through.
Fruits full of fructose and was never readily available all year around for our ancestors. I tend to only eat berries. We're not meant to be eating as much fruit as we're told.. Its bullshit
It's actually the amount I need.. The calculation involves your weight etc.... You'll be surprised how much you're supposed to drink...
share that calculation will you? be interested to see if it’s in like with what my suggested intake is.
There might be some other reason mind it's just something I learned to do and don't actually know why
I wouldn't say 750ml is unusual first thing, I drink that more or less as soon has I get up, within the first hour or so, but the rest of the quantities throughout the day seems a bit excessive. Although I have other drinks aside from water, so that would equal it out a bit I suppose. So when I look back through your numbers, it's not as excessive as it first seems. Not having a drink after 7pm though, I just couldn't do it, I'd be dehydrated by morning.
Roy talks **** when it comes to nutrition. He’s spent half his life banging Ultimate MAXXXX all in one supps down, about 7g of protein per serving and 240g of carbs all from sugar. Also eats muesli for breakfast which is bird food. Don’t listen to Roy lads.
