This is one example of your ****ed up logic. Why should there be a 'perfect' size? A 6 foot woman shouldn't have the same measurements as a 5 foot woman. Even women of the same height but different body shapes shouldn't be aiming to have the same dress size. You should be aiming to be within the healthy BMI range for your height, and that provides plenty leeway to accommodate variations in body shape.
