It’s **** mate, ****s me clean up. Even with sleeping tablets I’m only getting 4 hrs tops, and I don’t like taking them often as they’re addictive.

I wasn’t being an arse on the other thread btw, it’s been a decent thread and it doesn’t need derailing with either wums, crying or off topic shizzle.

 

Just a thought. Have you ever been tested for magnesium deficiency? It can be a real aid in promoting sleep. And cheap and easy to supplement your diet with

Same, my girlfriend is losing patience with me. I just lie awake tossing and turning and then have to piss off into another room, or I finally end up passing out at morning time and completely **** the entire day. I can see why it's driving her mental. Needs a solution.

I’ve gone through spells of lying there until literally dawn before falling asleep, at the minute I’m falling asleep OK but then waking up a couple of hrs later then I can’t get back to sleep. So I get up and come downstairs for an hour or so before having another go. I resort to the drugs every few days, as I have to.

You might find that if you get some sleeping pills it breaks the habit and you might return to normal. Worth a go.
