Storey buys the club and I am done with Sunderland until he is gone.

There's enough bullshit in the world.

He'll carry on like this until we're taken over, then disappear after saying something about the other bid being accepted and how he thinks his better, but wishing us luck... blah blah blah.... He's just a self publicist trying to promote himself to convince people that he's rich so they back him.

I doubt he has the funding to buy a round in his local.

I'm beginning to think he is down to Donald as a deflection to what is actually going on...

All he is trying to do is create PR smoke-screen around his F1 Haas pretend-sponsorship and being sued for stealing the logo for his pretend drink. He is a textbook Walter Mitty and probably needs medication.

It could be but I just think with the Covid-19 situation, outgoings must be in excess of £1m per month with little or no revenue, that's not sustainable for Donald and he needs to sell. I think the hold up is from the purchasers who have him over a barrel.

I agree. The proofreading is non-existent. I think they just rely on spellcheck.

Someone very close to me, who I trust implicitly, had a long conversation about business and investment with Storey last year, before his ‘interest’ in Sunderland was known. He reckons Storey is as sharp as a tack, very precise with his vision and communicated his ideas and plans extremely well.

He said Storey is extremely intelligent and entrepreneurial, when I suggested this interest in us was a wind up he said “not a chance”.

I still believe it’s a wind up because I can’t see any other reason for his behaviour.

My thoughts too, I really don't get what he is getting out of it. None of us have fallen for it, if it is a pisstake, so I'm more inclined to believe it.

It's the adverts. If a bit techy you could run Pi-hole. It's great and gets rid of ads. I do miss wondering what won the fight between a snake and an alligator, or which Russian ladies are available but like the seamless experience.
