At the gym about a year back I was stood near someone deadlifting who snapped his hamstring. You could hear the pop from the other side of the gym and you could see the muscle snap like an elastic band under the skin. Have to admit I gave the deadlift a miss that day. I spend enough time looking at pictures of bones sticking out where they shouldn’t through work so that doesn’t bother me too much. Broken bones is just a case of carpentry really. Anything injury that involves eyes turns my stomach though.
Busst - just horific. Schmeichel having to cover his face, other players screaming to get medical attention down there
Can you explain how that works please rich ? There is one available from Amazon UK for £149.99 for example with no subscription fee (ever) claiming to offer 1600 channels from all around the world. Seems to good to be true so would appreciate some feedback from people who use this type of service/device.
Unusual post but many Leeds fans raving about this Udders goal and the Udders fans raving about the football Corberan is teaching their players. Some saying he will follow Bielsa at Leeds? Goal we see almost every game and was made in Leeds
Jammy, you can get a free 24 hour trial from https://stabiliptv.eu/ just so you can get an idea on how it works. The supplier Ristac uses is excellent price wise, and whilst I've never used that service, I'm guessing Ristac is happy with it. If you have a Windows 10 pc then you can use https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/iptv-player-free/9nblggh2w1f2?activetab=pivot:overviewtab to watch iptv content, also includes EPG listings. Only other thing you need is A VPN, which I believe you already have. If you want more of a tv box set up , plenty on Amazon for £40 running Android, just install Kodi and link to your IPTV provider https://iptvhelpcenter.com/r/how-to-setup-iptv-on-kodi
When I saw it on Sky Sports News, thought it was a great move and goal, and as you say Doc, typical of what we regularly see from ourselves.
Now if only I could get my son's U14's coach to play the same way. Every goal kick or distribution from the keeper etc hoofed down the middle is just not good enough. Thing is they've got some good players but they've had safety first football instilled in them from such a young age they see it as the right thing to do. You then look around all the other age groups and it's just the same...makes me so disappointed that we've still got Dad's with good intentions coaching our youth rather than professional coaches. My boy goes to an elite group once a week where the coaching is all from current and ex players and the difference is unbelievable.
Always remember an interview Pep gave a few years ago. He was talking about the time he flew to Argentina to see if he could spend time talking to Bielsa. Pep wanted to learn how to be a coach and Bielsa agreed to spend time with him which turned out to be about 4 days non stop just talking football. He said the first things he spoke about were throw-ins because they cant score from a throw in, and ball in keepers hands. If the keeper humps the ball up field 8 times out of 10 it comes straight back at your defence, making easier them to score, so play out from the back and hump it when you have no other option but from midfield.
That's exactly how I see it and have explained it to my son. If you play out from the back and the full back plays it long from higher up the field then the chances of the ball coming straight back at you are far lower, so it's actually much better from a conceding goals point of view. Instead the keeper lumps it down the middle from goal kicks etc and the big kid for the opposition hoovers it up every time and then they come straight at them through the middle. Can see a touch line ban coming up for me soon
Okay, the ones claiming no subscription fee ever are talking out of their arse. You’ll eventually lose the channels, could be days, weeks or months but you will. Step one you get an Android box, nothing expensive, a cheap one on Amazon would be fine. Don’t bother with 4K it’ll never stream in that quality, HD will do, a WiFi one if you don’t have easy access to a router or you want to take it on holiday/hotels. Cost wise around £25. You’ll need a VPN the guy I use does a VPN service for £40 a year and IPTV for £40 a year. You get every channel Sky has to offer, you get several foreign sport channels and BT Sports. He has a dozen channels listed as “Live Events” numbered 1-12 they show every PL game even if it’s subscription. You also get any box office events free, so Tyson Fury, MMA, you name it you’ve got it. He only supplies via a Facebook Closed group, I can add you if you’re interested. If you take a subscription from him he gives you a link to an App, that app accesses the channels. You just install the app to your Android box then one click and you have access. If you have your own vpn subscription then you’ll be looking at £65 max. He’s happy for people to join the group and observe, he’s customer support is exceptional. I do already pay £100 a month for the full Sky Package but holidays, hotels, box office, BT Sport it pays for itself in weeks. I like the rugby too so it saves me having a BT subscription
