I don't ... his name in the credits is enough for me not to bother... he's got less acting ability than Danny Dyer and is marginally more wooden than Wi Ping Willow
Watched a couple of his early appearances and that was it for me ... not a fan of Steven Segal either ...
I'm not a fan of Segal, but he's a proper kung fu type. Statham, i don't mind, not to be taken serious, As mentioned earlier, Crank was utter nuts, good watch.
Non actors ... simply play the same part over and over again ... no point watching more than one film
There isn't a single Siegal film I'd ever watch. Not a one. But as has been said, Statham has made a few which were still good. The same can be said of Van Damme as well...just about.
He may well be; look at Rock Hudson and Luke Evans ... but they could act ... which is what it's all about ...
Just watched The Highwaymen on Netflix ... Kevin Costner and Woody Harrelson as Frank Hamer and 'Maney'' Gault, two ex-Texas Rangers brought back in to service to take down Bonnie & Clyde ... based on true events ... very watchable. PS Jason Statham may also have been in it as a log...
