The EU is a dead duck in the water. Italy are preparing to leave as they have been let down by the EU during the virus. The EU is an utterly futile and pointless Union shrouded in bureaucracy.
They are indeed Ciaran. I wasn't having a go, just merely pointing out that for quite a number of years Ireland benefitted enormously financially from the EU. It's only right that Ireland should be a net contributor at long last. There has been no support from the EU for Italy.
Well that but more importantly the open borders, the Euro,ease of travel, medical care, human rights and who doesn't like being on a bus with a diverse mixture of people and learning their languages and cultures.
Once we're no longer answering to the European Court of Human Rights we can finally deport you back to Dumbasfuckistan
Brexit will be a drop in the ocean compared to the complete and utter wanton destruction of our economy and society by the current Govts.
