All a real mm requires are the bare ingredients nature provides and that leaves me to one of my favourite sayings.

    Flavour is for girls

I had a really bad bout of it during lockdown mate. The cramps were horrific and I ended up only being able to stomach eating bananas and custard ffs. Lost 10kgs in about 6 weeks.

    Cheers pal
I'll have to, that's not the cause of it but I'm going to have to find out what causes flare ups and that because apparently everyone with it is different

    You sorted now?

Yeah I was in a bad way at home, GP was no help, told me to stay hydrated which I couldnt, nothing would stay in me. Couldn't even stomach water, toast, bananas anything. Went to a&e they told me it was gastroentiritis and it'd pass. Few days later I was in absolute agony and went back, still they said just gastroentiritis but my blood was badly infected. But then after CT scan and endoscopy they've said it's UC. Had infliximab on Friday and it seems to be working so fingers crossed, hopefully once I find out what triggers it and get on a treatment that works I'll be fine

Yeah mate, it finally cleared up with Mesalazine and steroids but it took weeks to get the dosage right. It’s generally caused by the immune system going a bit haywire and attacking healthy tissue btw. I’ve had it a few times, but this last time was the worst, as it was in the upper bowel which was excruciating. Hope they get it sorted pronto for you fella.
