    Don't laugh but who would have thought that Villa and Everton would be the early title challengers? Remember we all laughed at Leicester but kante mahrez and vardy came together to form the perfect combination? Can Grealish and Barclay do the same or James and calvert-lewin and Gomez?

    But in the same game another was sent off after the ball was dead. A team got a penalty after the final whistle a couple of weeks back, maybe there's still time?
