Sky are the worst for it. they seem to have though ‘oh we haven’t got enough blacks or women on our men’s EPL coverage’ so went out and hired a load on the basis of the colour of their skin not on the basis of their experience within the men’s game or ability as a pundit. we now have fellas like Micha Richards who struggles to articulate himself bumbling along Rather than better and more experienced pundits of the past. My old man said that if an alien came down to earth and put on sky sports he’d think white people were a minority in the country now. I’m old school... the most experienced and skilled candidates should always get the job. And that job is talking about and sharing experiences of men’s elite level football. Skin colour or sex shouldn’t come into it. if sky need a plumber and a black one isn’t available will they then call a black electrician in to fix a tap? Probably would nowadays.

We've got Black History Month on TV and a load of other stuff ss well. It will cause animosity and division. The TV channels have gone too far in the name of looking politically correct.
Why would Black history month cause animosity? Don’t get it. The knee thing has become tokenism now imo. Albeit it’s up to the players to make that decision.
mid say because if there were W white history month... all hell would break loose. you saw the fallout when some media outlets used to call for a Mowo awards alongside the Mobo awards. Dorts is right in my view.. when you want to create inclusiveness.. the last thing you should do is promote an event, forum, sector which from the outside seems to focus Just on one ethnicity as that seems divisive.
That lass Alex Reid (zero EPL experience) was on telly yesterday referring if I remember to Harry Maguire. She referred to him as a ‘sports person’. He’s always been a sportsman. Who probably attends sportsman’s dinners and luncheons. it seems it’s dirty word now to use the word man.
Black history month has been a thing here for over 30 years, why is it suddenly a bad thing? White history month is every month, that’s sort of the point.

Don't worry we're Geordies and get after the rich used is to make money during the industrial revolution they just told us to **** and and now refuse us jobs because of our accents, so we know a little bit about what they're going through, so personally I say let black people fight for a fair shout because otherwise they'll continue to get ****ed over everytime We tried up here, but they just had the police beat the **** out of us and that was that. It is at my work. We have strict criteria and scoring systems. Some of our higher output workers don’t have English names as you put it.
