That's an absolute shocker. If I was a Liverpool fan trying to show that it wasn't offside that's the picture I would use. They've had the rub of the green with decisions so far this season but today VAR gaped them hard, no wonder so many of their players are struggling to walk.
One thing we learned from todays Merseyside derby is that PGMOL are definitely not in favour of project big picture . #lumponNewcastle
Anyway the Merseyside derby wasn't even the biggest early kick off match today. Nope not talking about SPL either... @brb How did your boys get on today?
Whilst we did get the rub of the green today, no one has yet mentioned that snide kick out by Robertson that was a red for me, but somehow didn’t even muster a yellow.
I had a cautious feeling we would slip up against MK, never a look in today. I was hoping we could at least grab a draw and a point (thoughts before gaame). Today gave us a measure of where we are really at, but hey, never expected us to be fourth in the table going in to this game today (after 5 games), so can't complain, considering everything that has passed since March. It just goes to show, positions in the table this early in the season are false, you only have to ask Oxford about that, after last weeks game. #Realism
Lucky that it's only 2 tbh Almost as if our slow defenders can't play a high line against a team with pace upfront...
