I am slightly worried about Pratley and Watson in central midfield.

 

They do an almost identical job ...and at 35 ...are the same age as well

 

plus they are both susceptible to a yellow card!

 

The trick is to make sure they don't both reach 5 yellows at the same time.
Madison should start for one of them.

 

Bogle to get 30 minutes from the bench.

 

I may replace Levitt with the Welsh

 

I think Maddison will get 30 min off the bench as well.

 

9 new players will need time to bed in.

I’m not sure wether Bows wants to start Aneke and Bogle and Smyth May not be ready yet , and that ultimately he wants to play a 4231 sort of system with Bogle playing the 1 and Washington and Smyth dropping into the 3 with the others above rotating in and out.

Tough to guess tho straight out of the gate.

 

Final Score , I’m going to predict a comfortable 2-0 victory for the reds.

I would definitely start Inniss in central defence, and Maarten at LB ahead of the hapless Purrington. That third goal v Doncaster is still fresh in my mind
