@Wheatsheaf in previous posts you have put 10th November down as a cut off date for a takeover to go through....curiously whats significant about that date? I know the FPP loan will be a year old on or around that date...
I love a bourbon, I've got a cheap one from Lidl which is nice enough and only £16 so can't go wrong with it. We could all do with a good knees up tonight I think, there's nothing we can do to change what's going to happen so remember to enjoy the ride and just think of future Glories.
Hi, I don't know the significance of the date as a milestone but being told that's when everything should be signed and announced if there's no last minute issues. If its not announced by that date I will privately PM you and show you my source and the exact message regarding that date, also if its not done by that date I believe it won't happen this current season.
This is a classic case of sliding scales and a finite balance. Simply put, which is all I'm capable of, as I'm no accountant. A) The club becomes incrementally worth less if we're not top two/playoffs, less if football clubs go under and less if the season is suspended/ended. If we don't go up Donald could be left with a demoralised squad, manager and support having failed three times. B) If supporters continue to be locked out, and streaming take up drops, the club will lose more and more money. If this all happens there's very little to balance the huge weight of negativity. No matter what Donald's circumstances there's an inevitable point whereby he can't go on making huge losses at which point FPP would become owners by default and Donald walks away with nothing. So Donald is either taking a massive risk, has a mystery plan B or he wants to sell but can't.
its a bit like Stewart Donald dabbling in the stock market, he either sticks or twist. In this case however he is trying to dictate the share price himself and ignoring external influences
I want to say that I’m done with the club, but I can’t. I’d also like to say that it can’t get any worse, but I’ll bet next month’s mortgage payment that it can and will.
Basically looks to me like Donald and Methven are still hangIng on for the big bucks. Hopefully Sartori is bringing something different to the table. Either way it’s time the fans got raw with Donald and Methven.
I’ve got this image in my head of SD crying like a little kid who’s just been told off and saying “just give me one more chance. I promise I’ll do it right”
