Reading that report - we still have the same problem! They are proposing to make a new bail out 'offer'. Which bit of "just give them the ****ing money you bunch of leechy bastards" don't they understand?

PL Statement - Premier League clubs also agreed that project "Big say for the Big 6" will not be endorsed by the PL, any of its clubs or The FA

So all 20 clubs agreed 'unanimously'!

To me that indicates the discussions must have included something that keeps the door open for the top 6 (or at least Liverpool and Man U) to still benefit in some way in the future. Otherwise those 2 at least would have been 'for' it.

Either that, or they've been given such a roasting by the others that they felt the need to reject it to 'show solidarity'. Or I guess maybe they rejected it in a vain attempt to avoid looking like the twats they are when they realised everybody else opposed it.

I'm hoping this is outcome is positive, but also just wary of why Liverpool and Man U rejected it.

Also, the other big news, they DID agree on a bailout payment of £50m to the EPL clubs. Oohoo.

Put into perspective, that's a typical transfer fee for 1 average PL player. Surely they can do more between these 20 clubs.

It's like ACS putting out a full page ad to say that he gave £1 to charity.

Personally I feel that while the pandemic continues, and yet PL transfer fees and wages still continue to be fantasy money, a percentage of all transfers should go to the EPL. Yep, I'm crazy!

"It was a candid, positive and - in the end - a unanimous meeting."

The "in the end" shows the scum didnt want to agree to reject, they HAD to agree. I hope this means the PL / FA will come down hard in them in some way.

"Clearly there's some frustration that a proposal that hadn't had the input from the clubs has been pushed so hard in public," said Premier League chief executive Richard Masters.

"We don't have any beef with the EFL. We have a historic relationship - we want that to be constructive."

    Not a happy man!

There traitorous actions shouldn't be forgotten, hanging around the names of both clubs as a symbol of greed and shame.

Just hope you’re not in the Finance industry.

I know footballers are deemed to be overpaid but £50M a week for an average PL player?

Think it was unanimous as proposals for change are now agreed to be on the agenda and, therefore, the door isn’t totally closed for the Greedy 2.

You should use post-it notes to help you remember.
    I've found it helps.
The missus gave me one last week, said it was important.
She says put it on your forehead,
Seemed like random letters - tawt gnikcuf ouy.
Looked in the mirror, and now I know my name is You ****ing Twat.
