See I don't like it when somebody adds 'Love' to a list of ingredients.

Makes me suspicious that somebody has jizzed into my cheesy nachos.

Righto so when you say 50g butter and 50g flour what you really mean is 5 tablespoons of spunk.

Easy mate, you have to cook the rawness out of the flour but don’t let it burn, try using more butter or less flour.

 

You just do this, it doesn't stay in the sauce.

 

Little spoon of colemans mustard in, especially if making it for col cheese. Also cook the flour butter out for 1-2 mins and for a few mins after adding the first splash of milk. Purists would say add white pepper, nah, fresh black pepper for me.
