Agree , She did a lot to divide the country without doubt but she did eventually bring the country back from the abyss from which labour at the time was taking us. But like all leaders/parties she had her time in the sun and it was right she left , the same could be initially said for Blair, an breath of fresh air then he was shown up to be the charlatan he always was but hidden from view due to the Tories 19 years in office (too long by half) and a desperation by the country for a change in direction .
It's becomimg clear there are some prize dick-heads, flat-earthers, conspiracy-theorist-clowns on here. I have no desire to build camaraderie with such morons, and didn't realise I had to suck up to them by easing my way in gently before qualifying to offer up an opinion. Comrade/Commrad? You're having a laugh. You have no clue about my political leanings past or present - just guesswork. I think I am getting to the point of leaving you children to it, and go and find some other, worthy forum. To which no doubt you will say good riddance. Well so do I.
Calm down calm down ! The banter is a bit strong for you but words on the internet here won't change what those in power do ! To be honest when I first responded to you today I thought you were stereo till I got your reply. If you're taking it to seriously then why not just stick to the footy threads. I don't want to upset you and respect your opinion even if you don't respect my right to have a differing point of view.
There’s a few big yachts in Weymouth, I’m sure we can borrow one. I’m down there the weekend, so I’ll bung the captain a few quid.
About fukn time.... https://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/parking-fines-pavement-welsh-government-19093996
The roads are not wide enough and most households have at least two if not more cars ( my misses has one and I have a works vehicle and old classic both of which are parked at the rear of the property .Its a nightmare parking by me and its getting worse .Not sure what the answer is other than one car per household
At one point we had four in our house, me, the wife and the two kids. Lucky my neighbour lives on her own now that the kids have flown, has all the front of her house all chippings so the daughter parks on her land (people then think she’s home) wife on the drive and mine on the road. So never have a parking issue. But a work colleague lives in Portsmouth and she can’t park outside her house, it’s a nightmare if you have to drive down her road as you can only get one car down it at a time. She can spend 15mins driving round the area to park.
It's mental outside for parking here as said most have at least 2 vehicles with only room for 1 directly outside thier houses so it gets bumper to bumper often. luckily it's wider than a lot of roads around so pavement parking not an issue, I'm lucky I've got a long drive so keep all mine off road but often have 2hats parking across my drive which gets me a tad miffed ! One car was left most of day stopping me getting out till a mate helped me bounce it by wheel arches across road . Neighbours won't park across my drive anymore since i put all my vehicles out there for a day n night once and caused them parking stress
