There's a film called The Three Kings coming out in a couple of weeks. It's also being released on Amazon Prime.

Highly recommend everyone watch it <ok>

Aye which is all you get if you try and google it.

The one I'm on about is about Busby, Shankly and Stein. It's not just about their success but about that particular era in football and their links to the local community and the fans and how that shaped their legacies.

I was listening to some of it on the radio earlier today and the bloke who made it. Seemed really good (really really REALLY good, sucky :bandit:)

Yeh no doubt about it. It's a shame those old traditions, values, loyalties are being lost in the game.

Which is also why I'm looking forward to this film. Hopefully it will connect with people and be a reminder... but I'm probably being a bit too hopeful!

    The Two Faces of January

Thought it had the look of Talented Mr Ripley about it and for a while it was very good. But the end lets it down. Still a good watch though.

Two old films watched over the last week or so ... Tora Tora Tora ... love the bemused faces of onlookers as all those Japanese fighter planes fly overhead on the way to Pearl Harbour ...

The Searchers ... don't think I will ever tire of watching that film ... the dynamic between John Wayne and Jeffery Hunter is just superb... <cheers>

Aye it's the films. Got the day off tomorrow, thought I'd stick something on.

TV series have to be something special for me to get into them. Most american stuff I can't get into tbh.
