Any proposal like this should come from the PL collective and not via 2 clubs with an agenda plus the EFL chair. This has patently gone down like lead balloon amongst the rest of the collective as it’s bang out of order. They’ve either not discussed this with their peers or worse still, they have done and it was rubbished, so they’ve taken this route.
